I visited this restaurant for the first time and I will definitely be coming back. It is a small cafe, but it is lovely and clean with friendly staff. We stopped in for breakfast, which was delicious. They also offer a variety of tasty looking cakes that I might try next time, as well as other items for purchase such as jars of jams and chutneys, and meringue sweets. So glad to have had Café Bonbon recommended to me by word of mouth. What an excellently-run café! David is a friendly and accommodating proprietor, nothing seems too much trouble and he takes time to genuinely engage with customers. Placing an order a day in advance went smoothly. David was helpful and efficient in responding to both phone and email enquiries and his communication was excellent, which is always a godsend, especially these days. The sandwiches are fresh, tasty and made with care. Superb choice of fillings and dressings! The cakes are also delicious, fresh and interesting. All in all, good value for money. A wholly positive experience, and one that you only get when someone loves what they do. Looking forward to returning in the future! Thank you David and David.
The sandwiches and indeed the cakes are tremendous! Makes my lunchtimes a treat whilst having to WFH. Tough for these guys operating take-always only but they never stop being polite, always positive and smiling

The sandwiches/baguettes are exceptionally lovely (their coronation chicken is amazing) and the cakes are to die for. Perfect for a sandwich, coffee and cake. The proprietors are really nice people as well.
I had been meaning to pop in for some time and I’m glad I did. The sandwiches are delicious I particularly like the coronation chicken. My husband enjoys the coffee there too. Well worth a visit.
