Barchetta - Cheshire East

It’s like the food is frozen. The pizza is undercooked. They don’t serve what’s described on the menu. Sauce tastes like it’s from tesco, mixed frozen seafood bag, risotto and pasta over cooked. Mussel shell in food and then 2/3 mussels closed.

Lovely food and great service.L in a using, cosy restaurant serving Italian and Mediterranean food. Would recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at this restaurant. The two for one menu offered great value and the pasta dishes were delicious and satisfying. The service was polite and efficient, and the location next to the canal was lovely. We enjoyed taking a walk along the canal from Wheelock to Malkins Bank before enjoying our lunch. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

Went for lunch with family. Very disappointing as it used to be a very nice restaurant. Ceasar salad very small for the price over loaded with salad dressing which spoilt the dish. Bolognaise awful....my mum left most of it. Risotto average. Kids pizza was fine. Service ok. Sorry but we are unlikely to be visiting again.
