The service was great very helpful employees. However, you can’t give your order to a human being and their kiosks are a pain. They also have no changing tables for infants which was really inconvenient on a 7 hour road trip. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Has self order kiosk that are not user friendly. However, a very nice employee came out and took out order. She was pleasant, helpful and acknowledged there store did not represent most other Wendys. We’ve visited this place before and used the drive-thru, but this time we decided to go inside. The restaurant has a very clean and modern look, both inside and out. When ordering inside, it’s all done through touch screen kiosks, which can be a bit slow and confusing, especially for someone who doesn’t frequently eat at Wendy’s. However, our orders did come out relatively quickly. Unfortunately, the fries were cold, as if they had been sitting out for hours. When we brought this to their attention, they happily replaced them with fresh, hot fries. The other food we ordered, which included burgers and chicken sandwiches, was just average for fast food. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5.
