It’s surprising that some people expect to make $15 an hour. Unbelievable!

The staff was incredibly... read more Without a doubt, this is the best KFC I've ever been to! The location was immaculate, and the restrooms were also exceptionally clean. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive when it came to serving my family's food. Everyone loved the meals, remarking that the quality was just right. I noticed how carefully the employees kept their hands gloved and sanitized, and I genuinely appreciate the individual efforts made by the staff.

They also didn’t have napkins or plastic utensils on hand, which meant I had to go back and ask for them after placing my order. The only reason I didn't rate them one star is because of the employee I interacted with the most, who was very helpful.

I was craving... read more This restaurant is connected to a Taco Bell. During my visit, they had run out of chicken in Kentucky, except for tenders and chicken sandwiches. I was craving a 2-piece chicken meal box because I was really hungry, but I decided to go with Taco Bell instead. The two employees were friendly and entertaining, which made my experience enjoyable.

The delivery driver called to inform me they were out of chicken ten... read more I placed an order with DoorDash while getting ready to leave my hotel early in the morning. The delivery driver called to inform me they were out of chicken tenders, so I asked for a chicken breast instead. When my order arrived, the chicken breast was missing entirely. I tried calling the restaurant several times to fix the problem, but no one answered. Unfortunately, I couldn't leave a negative review on DoorDash since the driver wasn't at fault. The restaurant's service was very disappointing. To add to the frustration, I had clearly requested no cheese, yet my food arrived with melted cheese on it.
