Kfc - Chesapeake

I ordered two five dollar boxes mines was the chicken breast with a cookie, biscuits, potatoes and a drink... I heard the manager say while I thru on the car window after I pay for my food, we are now out of chicken breast they gave me my order one it is my fault not to check it before I came home.... There were no chicken breasts they gave me a little tiny thighs, no cookies and no cutlery plus I ordered additional cookies that were charged for them and they did not get them.

Always like KFC. Love the Koleslaw and Gravy. Like original recipe.

31. October 2021 8:50. I just want a logical explanation of why I can't go in to get my PICK UP ORDER up.

Food was good, but over half wait to take my order.

I went to Kentucky Fried Chicken on Western Branch Blvd. in Chesapeake, VA. On Sunday, August 8, 2021, I went there. It was around 6:02 p.m. I purchased a 8 piece meal. When I got home the chicken was hard and very dark. It looked burnt and had been fried over, very dry. It looked like the chicken was cook in old oil and the oil needed to be changed. I called and the manager said he was dropping fresh chicken. I went back and waited for the chicken. When I looked into the bucket the piece on top was okay. When I got home the remainder of the chicken was just like the first bucket. Dark and hard. I will not buy anymore chicken from that store anymore. If the Colonel would see what his store is doing he would turn over in his grave. Before he turn over he would probably fired everyone there or close that store.
