An older woman took a long time to take my order, and after waiting about 10 minutes, I ordered the original chicken and fries and went to eat in the parking lot. When I removed the skin from the chicken, I found it was very undercooked. When I tried to show this to the staff, they mocked me and said they couldn’t offer a refund because I had already bitten into it. I felt embarrassed and frustrated, as this is not the level of service I expect from KFC. Please ensure your chicken is properly cooked, as mine was raw.

When I got my order, the bag was a complete mess, with gravy spilling all over. When I brought this up, the woman at the window abruptly closed it while I was still talking and told another employee to double bag it. It was obvious the bag was soaked with gravy. They became even less helpful when I asked for help with the leak.

When I arrived at the drive-thru, I was informed they only had chicken sandwiches available—no sides, no chicken pot pies, no biscuits, just chicken sandwiches! Who goes to KFC for only a chicken sandwich? The restaurant was open for nearly two more hours, yet they had no proper food options on the menu. The customer service was very poor, and the employees even laughed as they turned away many cars. The owner of this KFC should be ashamed of how this location is being managed.
