We came back at 5:00 PM to grab the... read more Update 1/15/22: I had breakfast here while waiting for an oil change, and it was cooked to perfection! Check out the photos. We came back at 5:00 PM to grab the 12-piece dinner for the kids, but there were no chicken pieces prepared at all. We were told they hadn't cooked any chicken and it would take 20 minutes to get some ready. Since there were no other customers waiting, we decided not to stick around for the 20-minute wait and went somewhere else for dinner instead. I was puzzled by the lack of prepared chicken during a time when business was slow. It seems that many people opted not to wait 20 minutes for their meals.

This was my second visit while I was with family,... read more I don't usually write reviews, but the gentleman at the Drive-Thru truly made my day with his upbeat attitude! This was my second visit while I was with family, and both times, I experienced some of the friendliest customer service I've encountered, not just at a fast food restaurant, but across all types of businesses! The food was great both times as well. This place is definitely worth a visit if you're in the area—five stars!

Not only was the person who answered the phone extremely polite and professional, he took time to provide and estimate, instructions for the online payment process, and confirm pickup and contact information. While this is no less than I would expect for even 4 star service, he went beyond and beyond with a pleasant and friendly setting on the phone Amd in-person. My order was all freshly cooked and perfect for my arrival. He even offered me a drink while I was waiting for the staff to pack the boxes properly into a large box for transportation and loading in my vehicle. I was really impressed by the above and beyond the service I received from this little, from the way Fast Food Restaurant.
