Way too expensive for what you get. $17 and some change for a double hamburger and medium fries. Got home and realized they put cheese on the burger, called back and asked for a replacement. Went back and got a burger that was in several pieces. Never got an apology or an offer for more fries, since they were cold. The customer service and quality of food has definitely declined. The burgers at this restaurant were cooked to perfection, but unfortunately my fries were cold by the time I got into my car. Despite this, I still love Five Guys and will definitely be returning.
The milkshake is more laid-back than the water, the fries are underwhelming, but the hot dog is excellent.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! They always get my order correct and everything is always fresh.

What I like about Five Guys is that the food is prepped and cooked as soon as you order. I also dig the free unlimited toppings to put on burgers. Their fries are amazing too. Next time, I think I might try a milkshake.
