I didn't give Five Stars to Five Guys because of how expensive it is. But as long as you're willing to pay $10.39 for a Cheeseburger and $6.69 for a large fry, then you'll get a great tasting meal, albeit for a high price.

I am a complete IDIOT and I was not fully paying attention when I made an online order and paid with my card (for the 21st street location in Norfolk) when I showed up to the Battlefield Blvd location to pick up my order, clearly they had no knowledge of it. They still made my order on the spot and said they would take care of it. I truly appreciate your customer service and apologize for my ignorance.

I might expect to pay almost $10 or more for a good-sized hamburger at a nice restaurant with servers, but to pay that for Five Guys littlecheeseburger is just crazy. They tasted good, but not worth that price. Also, the small fries used to be $3.99 and are now$5.49. The service was good, so no complaints there, but they are definitely overpriced.
