EDIT I was in there today and no one has on gloves. The boy cutting the pizza wiped his nose then straight back in the pizza. Disgusting. Oh… and raw pizza!!?? Very often understaffed so the wait is long. I’ve been in about 3 times where only one person was cooking and doing the register and every time the pizza is wrong. When it’s right, it’s great! I got a mild food poisoning, not to mention the service was terrible don't wait at the curb because ain't nobody coming out, but trust me you don't want them to. Shut it down.
While the end result of my pizza(for the 1st time, btw) was not satisfying, the 2 people who were on shift were, I believe, doing their level best to keep the pizzas moving out the door. It takes at least 5 bodies they were trying to get it done w/2. It seems to me that corporate should be rewarding those 2 employees looking into supporting that location more.
4/2024 best Pizza Hut experience in 12 months. Walk in ordered and 15 minutes to get pizza.
4/1/24 7pm: How do you run out pizza crust? Your customer service is worse than McDonalds. Seriously.
I ordered through the website and it didn’t take long plus the driver was nice ? only complaint is the lack of care when it comes to the wings. Not sure why they don’t actually sauce them properly but it’s weird lol pictures attached. This was the best pizza I’ve gotten from them in a while so it was okay overall ?
