What Natalie K doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
This is my second consecutive order with missing items. They forgot the vanilla ice cream and salsa. The molten cake didn't resemble the photo or description at all. The food is always cold when I receive it, even when I pay extra for priority delivery. Overall, I feel like I've wasted my money. View all feedback.

Service was great, they followed all the guidelines. The ribs and corn were fantastic. My husband gave the coffee five start. We're going back.
Hostess was so rude. In addition to the super round, it was also incompatible with the enforcement of COVID rules. Although there were 2 tables that were at the time we came there, she told us it was 5-10 minutes waiting and said we had to sit in our cars. It was actually a 20-minute waiting time. When we left, the waiting zone was full. We are trying to support the food service staff during this time, but I will not spend money there because of the rude hostess.

My food came out hot and good!!! I enjoyed the drinks, which is always my favorite. My waitress was nice she really made sure everything was to our liking.
