Sam's Club is always a fun experience, and I mean that in the best way possible. While browsing the potato chip aisle, we finally found the Classic Lays that have been elusive for the past six months. The little "Try It" stands were amazing! I tried the Kimchee flavor and was blown away. It was so good that I had to buy a bag right away. The Chicken Teriyaki was also delicious. If you happen to be near the Sam's Club... Great deals just be cautious about some offers you may be better to buy single products at a better price, good place to get tires and maybe do some shopping while you wait. Lots of good stuff.
Went shopping to pick up Coffee Mate Pumpers. Again, none. WHY?!?! On a positive note- I love the scan and go feature.
Nice, clean, organized store even though they didn't have what I was looking for (wine fridge) in store. I will have to purchase online from their site.
Went to the gas station. Excellent price. Lady was going around sanitizing the number pad and pump handle. Shopping in the store today, saw another lady going around sanitizing the cases the fruit was in. Fruit was all fresh and looked good. Watermelon was super sweet. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Terrible tire service experience at Sam's Club. I have been a member since 1996 and was disappointed by the lack of customer service at the tire center. Instead of repairing my tire, the employees insisted I purchase a new one for $253.19. It's important for employees to understand that their salaries depend on customer satisfaction.
