Jojo's Diner - Chesapeake City

I usually order picking up jojos, their breakfast is so good and the prices are also good! They are always nice on the phone and at picking up, super easy too.

My man bought a hot dog for a late lunch and ca. 30/45 minutes later was on the side of the road vomiting with heavy fighting and diarrhea. that was it.

The foot long hot dog and beach Fries are great. the breakfest is fantastic with a large selection and available throughout the day. natalie was a big server.

I typically don't like to complain unless I have a good reason, and I generally try to be positive. However, during a recent visit to Jo's for breakfast with my family, we had a disappointing experience. When placing our order over the phone, the person taking our order didn't hear my niece request sausage and eggs, so our meal arrived without the sausage. When I called to address the mistake, I was informed that we would have to pay extra for the missing sausage because they claimed it was not their fault. I believe that, as regular customers, they could have handled the situation better by apologizing and offering to bring us the missing item at no cost. Instead, they seemed unapologetic and unwilling to make things right. This lack of good customer service was very disappointing and has led us to consider finding another place for breakfast in the future.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the staff is wonderful! This was my first visit and I absolutely adored it. Jojo never fails to impress!
