My family and I were served by a lovely young lady today but the whole visit was ruined by the disgusting attitude of the one of the staff members making the coffees. The way they spoke to the young lady serving was awful. It was quite embarrassing to see younger workers treated so badly by older staff members. View all feedback.
Pret in Bicester village is perfectly ok for a quick sandwich and a coffee. I would avoid paying 4.95 for an oat bar to be eaten in. You can see from the photo it is not very big!
Came to have a hot veggie meal. In the Bicester branch. Little did i realise after taking and swallowing two bites of my wrap. It was CHICKEN ! As a vegetarian i am extremely upset and mad for having eaten this. Thought of having it in me made me vomit. Management simply apologised. What a joke. Will NEVER come again to this place. All those who are after vegan/vegetarian/halal food. DO NOT COME HERE. cant be trusted.
