Delious fresh fish with amazing friendly service. Kerry and the team always give great ideas on how to cook my seafood.
To make matters worse, the owner or manager was incredibly rude and arrogant when I voiced my concerns. He indicated that he didn’t care if I ever returned and seemed unconcerned about the negative feedback I might share with others. I would not recommend ordering seafood from this unsatisfactory establishment. It's better to buy from larger supermarkets or, even better, to choose a different restaurant altogether. This experience was truly shocking, and I won't be coming back. I hope the management at Mirvac Cherrybrook takes note of this issue, as I prefer to shop elsewhere in the future.
The $45 kg shrimp on Christmas Eve was incredibly salty, and my friends couldn't eat them. This restaurant used to be good, but it seems management has changed, and the quality has declined.
The lachsfilets were still in scale.
I expressed my concerns about the pricing and mentioned that I had spoken to the owner regarding this issue, especially about the training of the staff. My decision not to return is not just about the prices; it's also about the overall lack of professionalism and experience from the staff. Just because they have a well-known name and may be a larger establishment doesn't mean they can treat their customers poorly.
