It was poorly prepared, and the fries wer... read more I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived, the food was already cold, as if it had been prepared earlier in the day. It was poorly prepared, and the fries weren't even fully cooked. I live just two minutes away, so it's disappointing to receive cold food. Additionally, the staff had terrible attitudes. Usually, this place is great, but the manager on duty seems to be doing a terrible job.
