We just left there.We always order the same thing every day so when the price was wrong I knew something was wrong.it was 5.85 yesterday 6.25 today When we got it they had given us the wrong donut we ordered jelly they gave us maple bacon.we gave it back and they got really mad.came to window and yell you ordered it and now you don't want it.we said we didn't order it we ordered jelly always order jelly and what about the price difference He says you were charged for a jelly ? Then why were we given a maple bacon ? Also in all the commotion. I had asked for 3 creme and 3 sugar in my coffee and did not get it I get it with original label on it and it's far from 3 cremes and 3 sugars. THEY were rude and didn't work to solve the issue We will not be back .
What's the point of mobile order when I'm still waiting after 15+ mins after ordering?The young black male that was there 4/1/24 was on break came in clocked in and didn't wash his hands then tended to making coffee after smoking outside?The young black girl with the long hair was incredibly slow. She apparently lacked common sense she checked out several inside customers while I continued to wait for my coffee then proceeded to keep me waiting as she made their coffee including the young black male.I didn't know people here lacked common sense.And the disgusting long nails on the older butch women working there ? so much contamination as a nurse I know how much poop bacteria lingers on their nails.Wish the manager Emily made this location decent.I do not recommend
Went through the drive thru. Wasn’t able to get close to the drive thru window. So I got out of the car to be considerate for the ladies operating the drive thru. First time here. She took it very personal and was a little snippy. Got my food in a timely manner and my coffee. I wasn’t trying to make her uncomfortable. Was just trying to make her job easier.
