I had a terrible experience with the valet parking staff. The employee was completely disrespectful and dismissive. It's crucial for them to receive proper customer service training! I wouldn't feel comfortable trusting someone like that with anyone's belongings, especially since I didn't even use the complimentary valet service. It was quite frustrating to deal with such an unprofessional attitude. View all feedback.
Always great meal at Steak 38. Great service and great food. The table side service for the Caesar salad and Bananas Foster is always a treat!
Had a wonderful dinner with hubby for my birthday. Highly recommend this restaurant. Why not all 5 stars: volume of music was very loud but Rochelle addressed after we had to have her repeat a few times. Second was the spice put on my fillet was not to my liking. Husband had prime rib which was delicious. We will definitely try this restaurant again and request no seasoning on steak. Thank you for the chocolate cake
Went here for my anniversary the food was so good as well as the drinks, the service and atmosphere was a vibe as well.., We will definitely come back.
Absolutely love this lil gem! Food is delicious, loved the calamari and scampi. SAM is the best!
I rode past this place for years...finally stopped in....and so glad I did...food was great. Not bad with the beverages either.
