Additionally, I want to commend the management: they offer assistance, but they also respect my decision if I choose to decline help. More importantly, they don’t take over and treat me like a child, which is a wonderful example of good training and respect for autonomy. I waited 26 minutes for two sandwiches, even though there were seven people behind the counter. It seemed like they were overwhelmed, as my order, along with others, was left unattended. I even watched my sandwich sit outside the toaster, waiting to be wrapped.
