Kudos to the three staff members who were working on 8/16 around 6pm for their professional handling of a customer who was behaving in an intimidating and completely unacceptable manner because she was upset that fresh mozzarella has an upcharge. They deserve recognition for having much better behavior than the middle aged bully they were stuck dealing with. Service: Take out View all feedback.
What Anna C doesn't like about Subway:
I ordered a BLT sub (bacon,lettuce, tomato) and received a sandwich with bacon and tomato. When I called and complained they claimed I didn't ask for lettuce. Well in my world when I order a BLT I am asking for bacon lettuce and tomato. View all feedback.
