Kinn + Derm - Chermside
Kinn + Derm
Description
A new Thai restaurant in Chermside has been receiving mixed reviews lately. While some customers praise the delicious food and excellent service, others have been disappointed with the inconsistent service quality and high prices. Despite some negative experiences with rude staff and forgotten orders, many diners have raved about the beautiful atmosphere and standout dishes like the steamed barramundi and Massamun lamb shank curry. Overall, the restaurant seems to have a lot of potential, but could benefit from improving their customer service to ensure a consistently positive dining experience for all.

Feedback
Service was poor. Staff didn't seem to care. Food not as good as Kinn at North Lakes where we have been many times. Two out of the four of enjoyed but the other Two were disappointed. Shame as we talked it up based on our NL Kinn experience.
This place offers a great selection on the menu and the food is delicious. Unfortunately, the service is inconsistent. Sadly for us there has been more occurrences where the waiter/waitress has been rude, abrupt and even argumentative! The last experience witnessed by my family was an awkward exchange with the waitress, who was argumentative rather than helpful towards our minor requests. It became unpleasant, unfortunate considering we were celebrating an occasion. They also forgot one of our order! We won’t be back anytime soon. I tried to give a constructive feedback in person, hopefully they take it onboard and lift their customer service and be friendly to their customers.
Our favourite Thai restaurant franchise finally comes to Chermside, and we couldn't be happier. It's probably the best of the four Kinn restaurants in Brisbane, and the other three are already top notch. Well done guys!
One thing I always appreciate about Tony's is the consistency of the product that is coming out of the kitchen.
