Contribute FeedbackThe service was terrible, and the staff was seen smoking throughout the establishment. Personal items were left out in plain sight to dry after washing. We booked the sauna three days in advance for a birthday celebration and kept reminding them to heat the pool since we had kids with us. In the end, the pool was freezing cold! Instead of bedsheets, we received rags, and the shower faucets didn’t work. Not to mention that there hasn’t been any renovation in 20 years since it was built.
Everything is excellent.
