The one thing that we didn't like was that when we go to dinner, there wasn't any free table, and have to wait almost half hour. The room was clean and with nice view.

The facilities ar... read more We’ve stayed in this hotel many a times over the years, unfortunately we can’t help but notice a steady decline in all aspects of hospitality. The facilities are tired and poorly maintained. Service is poor at best (the only exception are the girls at reception- can’t fault them).That effects not only the restaurant, but most of the spa and leisure facilities as well. We were there last week end and suffice to say- we are staying there no more. There were rude and unhelpful staff members, over crowded spa centre with no staff member in attendance, no towels, lights hanging off the ceiling on exposed wires in the steam room and hordes of unsupervised minors running and screaming around the corridors until midnight. I’ll stop here. Sorry guys, but you’ve lost us as customers, not that you give a toss anyway. Next weekend will try somewhere else.
