Very poor customer service.We ordered a veg biryani,the item delivered was so late..still when we opened the pack we got chicken bone and pieces and when we enquired about it,he just said that the masala just got mixed up...is that how they make and serve veg biryani

Today we ordered a veg biryani which we received at our residence. To our surprise we received chicken flesh and a bone in the VEG BIRYANI. When we contacted the restaurant they said they unknowingly mixed up the chicken masala with the veg biryani. They seemed very casual about it. Trying to denly the fact that the way they prepare food itself is a problem. When questioned more they agreed for a refund. We received a refund immediately.
