Kindly don't order or buy food in this shop. Also for 6 momos they got RS.200 from me

Fortunately she ide... read more We visited today with our kid, ordered panneer pizza with french fries.. In pizza, there is a big plastic piece found when my kid eat pizza. Fortunately she identified and taken out from her mouth. This has been reported to the person in the restaurant, she came and see the plastic piece and doing his duty, they don 't even ready to excuse for this mistake. We waited for sometime for their response, but nothing happened. Finally when paying bill I placed the pizza with plastic piece in the bill counter and asked for their response for this. The shop incharge come and asked shall we replace pizza . I don 't understand whether they know the seriousness of this issue or not. If the plastic piece struck into the throat, will replaced pizza is the medicine for the same. My kind request is that, the Management and staffs persons should understand the severity of their mistakes and respond to the customers.
