Apoorva's Sangeetha Veg - Chennai

I went to this restaurant for dinner around 8PM and found it packed with locals, many of whom were ordering takeout. I opted for the North Indian Thali, which included a generous portion of food - double what I could eat, along with a large pile of naan, soup, papad, lassi, and ten different dishes. I found the meal to be excellent and the service was great. They offer free water and though the staff didn't speak English, they had English menus available. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean and bustling with customers. Most dishes were priced around 90 INR (approximately $1.50) with the Thali costing about 190 INR (but definitely enough for two people).
