Indian Coffee House - Chengannūr

Have a break, have a coffee when you travel near Chengannur. :

We had masala dosa and coffee. It was not great but okay food.

Had breakfast from this restaurant. Masaladosa( which i had from here) was good but the service was very pathetic. The guy serving the food was arrogant and he was not even listening to what i was saying. Satisfaction of having such a good breakfast got ruined by this guys attitude.

There is nothing to say about the quality of food as it is excellent as always. But the price hike does not match with the food quantity because the porotta is very small and is charged rupees 12 for single piece which is a high price for the small pieced porotta. May be it's there business as porotta is small a number of porotta is required to finish a curry. In that case it's a profit for them. Other than that everything is fine and hope it will improve as the customer feedback is utmost necessary. Thank you

Looks like zero maintenance, no painting since the restaurant was opened. Service too was below par. The place was still 60-70% full and with good customer flow. Maintain and keep the place tidy, then there will be even more business.
