What Anita Hartmann doesn't like about Gasthof Krystallpalast:
Das hatte doch mit Oktoberfest nichts zu tun ! Die Bedienungen und die Chefin völlig überfordert,so das man sich die Getränke selbst am Tresen holen musste, obwohl es keine Selbstbedienung war. Das Personal hinterm Tresen wußte nicht was die Getränke kamen, so das man nicht bezahlen brauchte. Die Küche hat die Essensbestellung aufgenommen weil es der Service nicht geschafft hat.
