The café moskau is a good location if you want to play billard, then they have a very good number of pool tables and also two snooker tables in the rear bar are... read more The café moskau is a good location if you want to play billard, then they have a very good number of pool tables and also two snooker tables in the rear bar area. the service is also attentive in this area idr, however as they play more than drink it not noticed when they wait a little longer for an operation. in front area is the mosque since approx. 2009 2010 (only I don't know anymore) was rebuilt and has received a lounge atmosphere that could be overtaken until now, but still in order. why I only have 3 out of 5 stars the following reason: positiw: good starting point, if they simply drink something very good for billard (see above) drinks are decent not the best cocktails of the city, but around the opernhaus good connection negatiw: service depends on the shape of the day: in moscou they are served very quickly and friendly also on an evening. at other days the feeling of the operation was deliberately ignored. we have been sitting in front of empty glasses for several times, although the bar (in front area) was only moderately visited and we have given the service clearly friendly to understand that we want to order something else. then stand ct. 3 4 cellar in front of and behind the bar, but also on the hand sign no one came to us. Therefore, I can give here a maximum of 3 out of 5 stars, because a bar (which is not only a light fire) must always consistently bring (service) quality within the frame of the possibilities, but if the bar is half empty, it is incomprehensible why 3 4 waiters are practically busy with maintenance while drying a glass, but we are only asked after 20 minutes and about 5 handmarks if we want to do this. at other days the staff is very attentive and friendly, but as I said if I would invite workmates, or my family unfortunately I can't be sure whether it will be like that or so, i.e. 3 out of 5.

I wouldn't go there privately.
