You politely ask if you can redeem coupons from the app at the checkout since it's not possible at the terminal and as you walk past, the shift manager angrily tells you NO, that's not possible here! When asked why, well, because it is! So if you're planning on redeeming coupons, you can't do that in the shed, because that's how it is! This friendly explanation makes you just want to leave. That's what I call a trained, customer friendly person... NOT!
