Falcon Lake Bakery Bistro

Casual lunch on the terrace together with ggen floor eichhörnchen and the strange sea möwe. menu offered the plenum of choices. we chose the cheese and wobelquesadilla and the gouda chicken sandwich. the queen was quite basic and came with a decent salsa. The...sandwich came to its selection of brot and with very good French pommes. the sandwich had a great taste with comminuted BBQ chicken, cranberries, salat, tomato and gouda. service was pleasant, but quite slow. only one server for the entire terrace. all the food and drinks were served in one-way containers and with plastic cutlery.

This bakery has potential, but could use some improvements, especially in terms of cleanliness and customer service. The coffee and baked goods were good as expected, but the service was lacking. Only one person was making coffee, which caused long waits as another person was only able to handle baked items from the display case. Despite being in a "training" mode, it was frustrating to wait 25 minutes for two coffees and a bakery item. Additionally, the awkward situation of being asked for a tip (15, 20, or 25%) at the end made the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, I would rather go without coffee next time due to the slow service and awkward tipping situation.

I came to this restaurant for dinner with a friend, but we were disappointed by the terrible service. We complained about several issues with our order, and the server asked the owner to speak with us. After a 10-minute wait, the owner came out and blamed us for the mistakes in our order. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Food was amazing, I enjoyed the craft beer. Management and staff service as friendly, my compliments to the chef. I definitely recommend coming here. I definitely will be back.
