On top of my last review , I want to add , please avoid the little bold midgit manager, if you won’t agree with the price , he will start shouting until you pay. Honestly I’ve never met anyone like this View all feedback.
Tip: Try not to disturb the staff! Let's book a table for a drink and contemplate the Ramatuelle fireworks on August 15. Our reservation has been taken is accepted without problem by the hotel. Arriving, after having us wait voluntarily, the server blows and shows us a table without saying a word. So we understand that we are disturbing but we still settle on this table where the cups for the next morning breakfast have already been erected. After 20 minutes of waiting, the waiter comes to our talb to tell us that he had just asked and that the fireworks were cancelled. He was probably hoping to discourage us and get us out of his restaurant. His information was obviously a lie. He quickly realized that he was just finishing his sentence that the beginning of the show began. We then understood a second time that we were disturbing. After drinking an absolutely abominable cocktail, on a table erected for the next day, between a coffee cup and a sugar pot (because no, no one took 5 seconds to remove the cups), we had to leave because they cut the music and passed in front of us with full trash that they were dragging to the ground. This service is catastrophic. We are in the business and this kind of house makes shame to our profession! Work will be done in this facility, either; but the biggest of the project will be to find a good manager and managers able to coach their teams and avoid this kind of pathetic experience to their customers. Ma'am, sir, the service is an Art, not a time pass that makes money...! Especially in establishments 4 and 5 stars! Wake up! The frame is idyllic but ruined, pass your way!
Magnificent setting with views of the vineyards and the sea. Beautiful covered terrace. Beautiful table. Heartwarming welcome. But very little choice in terms of dishes. Dishes intended to be gastronomy but a few details which spoil the whole a little. Uncooked fish, mistake in dessert. Very slow service. Damage.

We spent 4 days at the Le Baou hotel in July It wasn’t our first time either!!! We are disappointed on several points An old suite, not isolated, you have the neighbors who speak as if they were with us in the room, bathroom which dates from the 70s The toilet flush that works every other day and even reports that no one has come As for the meal, we paid €100 for a slice of meat!! And 3cm by 3cm so-called son of a wolf, a real scandal Under the bed when we left we found a slipper full of dust, cleaning leaves something to be desired, they have to ask to do the cleaning. The bathroom light is flashing but for 4 days no one came to change it In fact we understood why at reception there was an unpleasant gentleman, no smile and no friendly staff. Hotel which closes on August 21 for work we were told so the staff totally without crazy Even renovate we will never come back We paid very dearly for our 3 days and not a discount given the dissatisfaction PS: no need to reply to the message we paid for a scandalous stay apart from reimbursing us
