Tomato sauce a little fade has my taste, idem cheese, dough a little thick but it is a matter of taste, certainly cooking with wood fire is a plus, but I found fade overall. I recommend without hesitation, pizzas are of great quality due to the cooking of wood fire and the know-how of the staff who do them with love and rigor. The dough is light and the cooking is perfect, the choice and varied! It's for all tastes.
