I thought its for me and just told the waiter and he said something in typical Bengali Malayalam. Later when I finished eating I saw another customer fighting over the freshness for the same dish Price wise its not so expensive but if you are a traveller please avoid this place because public toilets are not at all clean in Kerala and you definitely have to use multiple times. But in day time I got good food. Dietary restrictions: Travellers please avoid.

In short, i wont recommend this restaurant!! If you want to read more. I recently dined at this restaurant and felt compelled to share my experience. While the food quality was acceptable, my disappointment stemmed from the pricing strategy and the owner's response to my concerns. The quantity of the meals seemed insufficient, considering the overpricing. Charging extra for a basic garlic paste, Rs 20 extra for same meal if it is in AC room which is typically complimentary in other establishments, was unexpected. Although it's not about the amount (20 rupees), it's the principle of making every detail chargeable that struck me as excessive. Moreover, in 2024, the practice of charging extra for AC rooms felt outdated and out of touch with current industry standards. When I expressed my concerns to the owner, the response lacked logical reasoning. Kind of rude way. The explanation about using high-quality products doesn't justify adding extra charges for every small item. He shown me a can of Cow Ghee when i spoke about garlic paste, i didn't understand the logic of showing a ghee bottle as a raw material for the garlic paste, which he was claiming he uses quality products.
