I've been to several KFC branches over the 6 months, the common theme amongst them allThey all leave the napkin/cutlery/hand wipe out of the bagThey always miss... read more I've been to several KFC branches over the 6 months, the common theme amongst them allThey all leave the napkin/cutlery/hand wipe out of the bagThey always miss one item in your orderThey rarely have the advertised combo drinkThey will add the first two items if you check your order before leaving counter, but they should be getting it right.In my opinion they have gone from a fast food outlet that was worth visiting when in a hurry , to a fast food outlet to be avoided.

I didn't think that was possible, but the crispy tender wings and the Zinger Burger are hands down the best in Victoria, if not the entire planet. Thank you, KFC Highett, for always being there for us. It was a purely majestic experience.
