The dining experience at this restaurant was excellent, but the service was a bit slow, especially for those who were hungry and looking for a quick bite. It would have been nice if the staff had asked me if I wanted to be seated immediately or if I was okay waiting a bit longer. What Gerdien e doesn't like about Woodkraft:
The gluten-free menu is limited, but the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered a salmon salad, which was on the small side and a little bland. The prices are a bit high for the portion sizes. Additionally, the second floor was uncomfortably warm. Not the most kid-friendly place to eat, but that was probably my mistake. View all feedback.
The restaurant offers a large menu with many gluten-free options. My partner and I, both with gluten allergies, ordered the house salad and vegan dirty fries. Both dishes were delicious and made with fresh ingredients. We will definitely be returning soon. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. No complaints here!
The restaurant offers a separate menu with many tasty gluten-free options. The servers are well-informed and all items are clearly labeled. However, it is worth noting that the Hollandaise sauce is considered to have low gluten, which may not be suitable for those with celiac disease, but could be a good option for those with gluten intolerance.

Instead, they just kept transferring me to different areas which was a bit frustrating. I ended up waiting longer than I needed to because the sign said to wait to be seated, but another customer had to inform me to go to the counter.
I can't fault this restaurant. If I lived in Cheltenham, I would eat there every day. The staff and food are amazing, the atmosphere is lovely, and it is extremely clean. I really enjoyed it!
