The coffee at this restaurant is amazing, and you must try their signature toastie called the HPJ, which includes bacon, peanut butter, and chili jam. Andria, the host, is wonderful and accommodating, as she is gluten intolerant herself and ensures there are plenty of suitable options on the menu. There is no piped music, just a peaceful atmosphere or lively conversation. The restaurant is comfortable, cozy, clean, and airy. The food is fresh and homemade, with a local favorite being the reason for the steady stream of regular customers coming in and out during my visit. It's easy to see why this place is so popular.
Lovely decor and a beaming warm welcome from Andria draws you in as you wander past. I stopped off for brunch and Im hooked. I had the best scrambled egg, avocado and gluten free bread I have ever had served on beautiful plates. Her attention to detail by checking if I wanted butter or olive oil on the toast was really appreciated. The portions are very generous but I couldn't resist a gluten free cake with my tea as I wasn't in a hurry to leave. Highly recommend.
Lovely range of sandwiches so well presented. A great little cafe. Decor and staff really lovely. Check out the tea pots
My wife and I had a lovely lunch in this one of a kind cafe. Grilled halloumi with avocado and homemade pesto was just right, the pesto wasn't horribly overpowering. Likewise the similar dish with mozzarella great quality cheese! Very friendly staff, definitely worth a visit.
During our long weekend visit to Cheltenham with friends from Yorkshire, we had a delightful lunch at this charming cafe with a quirky and interesting interior. The menu offered a variety of amazing dishes, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Andrea, our hostess, was incredibly friendly and engaging. Each dish was visually appealing and bursting with fresh, delicious flavors, generous portion sizes. We enjoyed our lunch so much that we returned the next day for breakfast and were warmly welcomed once again. I highly recommend this lovely cafe and look forward to visiting again on our next trip.
