I always make sure to stop by this street food cart whenever I'm in the city center of Cheltenham. The owner is very friendly and takes great pride in his business. You can't miss the cart with the large green umbrella! The falafels are always freshly cooked and you have the option to buy them on their own, in a pitta with beets, or in a salad box. I have never had a bad experience in the several years I've been visiting, except for the occasional disappointment of forgetting that it is closed on Mondays. Sometimes bad weather may cause it to not open, but this is rare and always communicated on their Facebook page.
