Caffe Nero - Cheltenham

This is my favorite coffee shop in cheltenham. the service is always brilliant and the shop is clean and tidy. all the queues go down quickly and the hot chocolate is delicious.

Friendly customer service that take time to hear our diet requirements and recommend drinks and food that we like. super helpful and went beyond and beyond to make sure that we were happy perfect place to stop and hydrated on a summer day with a hungry baby too!

I like the coffee. It is consistent and for me always delivers (the black Americano at any rate). For this reason alone I would forgo the competition. However my favourite branch is Great Malvern where the staff are so nice and opposite is Malvern Priory which provides a charming backdrop. Well worth taking time out of the day and treating yourself.

Went in on Sunday to get 2 chai lattes which were delicious by the way however what surprised me was the nice lady Toya who let me use the toilet even if they were closed. She noticed I’m pregnant and straight away permitted me to pass through the corridor where the toilets are! Many many thanks Toya! You have shown empathy and been very kind!!

The staff here is really friendly, and the coffee is excellent, especially the wraps. This is definitely my favorite coffee shop; I find the others to be overrated. I enjoy a good frappe when I'm on the go, and the team here makes it with ease and a cheerful attitude. It’s much better than the one I used to frequent at Costa. Give it a try and see if you agree!
