What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Im going to have to figure out who cooks what nights. The Friday nigh pizza maker puts half the ingredients on the pizza. Listen Chelsea Pizza Hut. We don?t eat chains because they are the best. We eat chains because of consistency. You guys need to work on the consistency part. View all feedback.
My husband son eat pizza once every 10 days. I think they've tried every pizza parlor they've ever seen. Granted, a sit down parlor when you have an hour to dine in is hard to beat. But if you want Fast, Consistent well made pies that have Real food toppings amply applied onto a GREAT CRUST every time... No matter how you slice it... Pizza Hut is hard to beat!
Call my order in at 11:01am arrived at 11:18am the guy who took my order forgot to place it. I understand people make mistakes but a simple apology would have been nice had to wait an extra 10 minutes. This was my first bad experience with the Chelsea location. Plus the older gentleman wasn't wearing gloves.
This is the first time I have given a negative restaurant review. I worked at a pizza restaurant for 12 years. I understand that things can happen out of our control. This however is a new one on me. I walked into the Pizza Hut in Chelsea today to order a large supreme pizza. When leaving the store I get a notification on my phone that I was charged 3 times for my pizza. All 3 charges a different total. None of them matching my receipt. WEIRD. A receipt I had to ask for while the man who was taking my order was throwing in the trash. When showing my bank transaction to the lady he got to help she said two of the transactions she cashed out. I asked for a cashed out receipt. Anything that would give me documentation. She said her machine doesn't do that. DOUBLE WEIRD. I was not given a explanation why this happened. Also there were 15 reprint receipts for each 3 different totals in the store trash can. TRIPPLE WEIRD. Obviously they knew this happened and was not going to tell me. She said receipts go in the trash because they are trash. CUSTOMER'S RECEIPTS ARE NOT TRASH! Unless the customer does not want their receipt. What's worse, and I told her, that I have medication waiting for me at the pharmacy in the same shopping center. Medication I now can't pick up until when or if these 2 extra transactions clear. I BIG IF because I was denied explanation and documentation. The pharmacy is closed on weekends, the day after tomorrow and the next day. This medication I now can't pick up is antibiotics for a upper respiratory infection I was diagnosed with at the urgent care in the same shopping center minutes before walking into Pizza Hut. I needed to get dinner for my family. For obvious reasons I will not be cooking tonight. The lady handling my concern was extremely argumentative, rude and unapologetic. Completely lacks any kind of customer service etiquette. The whole experience with the 3 different total charges not matching my receipt and the 15 receipts with my name on them in the store trash can, I took home with me, is extremely fishy and unexplained. Like I said a new one on me.
Lisa dismukes was very polite and my order was quick and I really appreciate her and need more workers like her
I've always had a great experience at Pizza Hut in Chelsea.
