2 Thumbs Up - Chelmsford

Had dinner there and found that there was to many options on the menu. Food was ok but I wouldn't recommend this place. Atmosphere was somewhat depressing. This place needs an overhaul and menu needs sprucing up.

We ordered 3 BLT sandwiches. None arrived with bacon! How do they forget bacon on a BLT? I'll leave it at that.

So myself and a 3 friends were having an ohk time when a mentally unstable woman starts screaming and swearing in the booth behind ours, the manager came over and barely scolded her. Two minutes later she starts to threaten my friends life and threw a full can of pop at me, which hit me in the back of the head and shoulder. We had to go get the manager and he didn't even kick her out, he just moved her to another table, he barely apologized and only gave us 10% off our meal after I complained. Never going there again, and I advise everyone else not to as well. They obviously don't care about their customers safety, it's the worst place.

Besides the manager being a total rude piece of garbage, the food was raw and a total disgrace. I will never eat there again, I should have listened to what people have told me but now I know. Stay away and save your money!

My wife and I went out for dinner at 2 thumbs up in Chelmsford. The food was great but they were short staffed for some reason. The place was full but only 2 waitresses. 2 other people left while we were there. Our waitress was very good but could only do so much. I am glad we enjoyed our meal.
