Five Guys - Chelmsford

The staff here is never less than excellent. Everyone is helpful and friendly, especially the young man with curly hair. My family comes here almost weekly because of this. The staff and management should be commended.

Good burgers. Only order the bigger burgers if you're really hungry they are quite sizeable. French fries are good. The place is extremely brightly lit with really uncomfortable high top tables and chairs. Only a handful of regular tables. And milkshakes should be served either with the food or before it not after.

Always hits. The guys are cool and the food always bomb. Nice and friendly service. My go to location.

Went for lunch today burgers were extremely small, usually they cover the buns so was very surprised, staff was great and so were the fries, we will still go there again this is the first time we were a little disappointed after several trips that we have

Very polite person, and friendly, but the first time I went there, I had ordered 3 hamburgers, and I had said that I wanted one without a seat because my friend is allergic to pork, they sent it wrong, and said it was simply remove the bacon , they gave credits for a hamburger, but did nota lot of questions, my friend didn 't eat due to the event. Today I ordered a potato and some burgers, but while I was eating, I found a small stone in the middle of the potatoes, and I was surprised that this happened. Even though I love their food, this is the second time something has happened, and I hope it doesn 't happen again.
