Probably one of the best restaurants around and for many reasons! eating is incredible, served well presented and hot. boiled to perfection with the clearly superior ingredients. the service is friendly and efficient with many employees on the hand to improve their glasses and pay attention to their needs. if they are a champaign lover, then this is the place for them. can not wait for the next visit. well made to take the team for a truly inspiring on modern kitchen!

The personal was friendly and accommodating (many of them also) but as a vegetarian/vegan the choice was limited. I had to have the roast beef without bark so in a ground vegetables with a yorkshire pudding but they have no vegetarian heavy so much dry. I had to ask for something apfelsoße to put some moistness in the court we have this restaurant for years, the quality of what we ate was very good, but a few tweaks to the menu needed for me back a lot of luck for the future

The food was amazing, the wine selection was top-notch, and the atmosphere was just right! Thank you for a fantastic evening, we will definitely be returning soon for another wonderful night!

I highly recommend choosing Luigis at the Griffin for a special occasion. I booked a surprise 60th birthday meal for my Mum with a party of 16 and from the initial booking to when we left, we were amazed. Each person's meal was handed out personally by name and everything ran like clockwork. The decorations I brought the night before were set up exactly as requested, and the team, including the waiter Melissa, went above and beyond. The staff accommodated all our requests, including serving tea in a special mug and waiting to do the birthday cake. The food, especially the pizza, was delicious and every guest raved about it. My 90-year-old Nan even said it was the best celebration she's had. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem and my Mum can't wait to come back. I am incredibly grateful for the memorable night and can't thank the staff enough, especially Louise, the manager who assisted me with pre-orders. Wonderful restaurant, authentic delicious Italian food. Family friendly, in a lovely location. Melissa served us and was very attentive, happy and friendly! My daughter Amélie said Melissa was “brilliant!”. Will be back again, thank you!
