Sainsburys - Chelmsford

The food is good and the staff very helpful, but had to eat in the cold atmosphere air cone from the cold air. the breakfast became less pleasant. several people around the same, and it is february.

Slow service to start. only tablet available was dirty and when we sat down, there were loads scattered. the people in the scenes seemed to age. the coks from the machine did not work. no knives and when people were asked, some and minutes later, no signs yet. no serviettes and when I asked the dame who made the hot drinks (which did not make drinks at the time), I was piled. lady to get the food out! no idea how often she went to and from the kitchen, I would expect more on a Saturday lunch time. due to this time. then the toilets. disgusting! the smell of urine took my breath away when I went in the first door, then in the women and men's toilets the smell was unbearable. they didn't seem clean.

Choice of sandwiches really bad ok if you can choose them. only rolls were gluten-free! tables filthy chairs all torn, cup chipped. really went downhill. unbelievable when looking at the super market, the bottom is.

Almost an hour waiting for food. the food came finally, teller was under a warmer until the hut cake was crispy that there was no maic on the teller to avoid it!

I just had the big breakfast and could not fault the quality my only complaints is that I was given the tea first, then had to wait while breakfast being cooked it would of been nicer to have tea served the same time as breakfast....I have never been in there before so did not know my bearings and when I asked the assistant where the sugar was,she had a tone I did not like it's behind you) felt like telling her to shove it but I had already paid. But well done to the cooks I enjoyed breakfast.
