Pizza Hut Chelmsford Town Centre

I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled to do so on this occasion. We ordered food from Pizza Hut in Chelmsford, and although they were quick to take our money, they informed us after waiting for 2 hours that our food had not even been cooked yet and could not provide an estimated time of arrival. We decided to cancel our order, but still received an email thanking us for our purchase. We were given a customer service number to call for a refund, but when we called, we were directed to an automated message and ultimately to their website where the only means of contact was via email, with a response time of up to 10 days. I am not sure if we are being scammed by Pizza Hut during these difficult times, but this kind of behavior should be brought to the attention of the public.

The staff at the restaurant were friendly and quick, and the tables were well-maintained. While my partner enjoyed their pizza, I was not as satisfied with my salad as it was not as fresh and crisp as we had hoped for. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience.

Had to wait to be seated due to them having no cutlery or crockery available. Several tables were not cleared. We had the buffet

Buffet at lunch time . No pizza !!!! Waste of money. 2 pizzas put out at a time gone in 1 minute.... Empty salad ....

Came here with my son after a day out. We entered the restaurant to which there was only 3 other people in there. Whereas your normally greeted at the door we weren’t and had to walk up to the till and also get the chef to acknowledge us as he seemed the only one there. Then the waitress appeared after about ten minutes by which point we were about to leave as didn’t have a clue what was going on.
