Ordered a delivery on a Sunday for a family meal. Delivery came within 15 minutes, exactly as we’d been told. On arrival food was nice and hot, and everything was cooked well..... A very enjoyable meal for a family get together View all feedback.
What Dark Rose 95 doesn't like about China Palace:
The service at this restaurant was extremely poor. Despite understanding that it was a busy Saturday night, it took over 200 calls before we were finally able to get through. Once we reached someone, they asked us to wait, only to have our order cut off mid-conversation. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for a callback, but it never came. My favorite Chinese take away, good value for money, good choice of dressed for any taste buds, personal are wonderful, friendly, always have a smile on their faces. the owners are beautiful, they always ask me how they are.
I had only 1 dish, but it was very nice and cooked as I asked (no veg).
I had a takeaway delivered on Saturday 29th. The mixed starters included tough ribs,prawn toasts that had been so well cooked they had a strange after taste and spring rolls that were hard. The prawn balls were hard and again inedible. £25 of disappointing food
Been living in this area for a few months now and have not found a nice Chinese yet. ordered this tonight and it was lovely not greasy really tasty and good service. Will definitely be ordering again!
Eating is always great from china palace. prices have risen slightly last year (like most places really), but the quality of food is really good.
