Tacomaya - CHELEM

One of my fav spots in Chelem. Food is good and plentiful, Andy and Christian always make you welcome. Great for breakfast, lunch or a pies station for a drink.

We cost Tacomaya for the last two months. Although not usually a fan of expat type restaurants, we really enjoyed this place. The owner and the waiting staff are very friendly and attentive, and the food is fast and delicious fresh. Our favorites are definitely the Cuban sandwich, the pig, Burrito and the pig tacos! we still have a bad meal there, although we never tried breakfast, I'm sure it's also delicious. This restaurant is a wonderful reprieve from eating fish, shrimp and octopus all the time. I highly recommend it.

Really great breakfast and lunch with both Canadian and Mexican options. Very friendly and bilingual. A morning hangout for many expats.

I had lunch here to see if it measured up to all the recommendations, and I wasn’t disappointed. Friendly service, cold beer, and excellent fish tacos. Sunday’s can be very busy! Recommend.

If you are looking for great food at a great price, this is your place for Breakfast and Lunch. The portions are generous and the quality is consistent and excellent. Always a great place to meet the local Ex Pat community and chat about the area. Make it a must stop.
