We came on New years day and had the very expensive prime rib brunch. When we got the meat, there wasn't very much of a crust as expected on a prime rib. When we cut into the meat, it was extremely tough to cut, and my jaws hurts so much from having to chew on the meat that I only ate a quarter of the prime rib, if that. The rest of the buffet brunch was mediocre at best. The eggs look manufactured from carton, the gravy for the biscuits and gravy was extremely salty, the desserts we're scarce and the fruit should have been tasted before it was passed out to the public because it was not even close to being sweet or ripe. I was told that there are a lot of complaints about the meat, and I should pass these complaints to the dining room manager. I let the manager who was a tall gentleman, know about my complaint with the prime rib thinking that he would listen to me, and do something about it. Instead, he passed the complaint to the sous chef who said he would pass the complaint to the chef who makes the purchases in the omak casino. This is an embarrassment to the management of a large casino much less a restaurant. I've been to that restaurant before, and it actually serves pretty good food, and the service was amazing. I felt very cheated about paying a high price for a prime rib and food that we never got to eat, nor did we enjoy. Let's see if this complaint falls on deaf ears.
