Soul Kitchen - Cheju

A nice and cozy place... the owners are amazing and friendly and speak good English! They were so inviting. I traveled 2 hours to try this place and I was not disappointed at all! I'd do it again! Perfect place for a western meal on Jeju. Food and service were excellent for lunch and dinner. Restaurant is very nice inside and the menu is well made. Try the chicken breast steaks with vegetables. Crowd is half the local and half tourists who receive their well from all. The prices are good and we were satisfied with all ordered items. The staff is also very helpful. The hotel is located in a great area with walks and shops nearby. The waterfalls with park are also above the road. The restaurant is a bit from the main street, but the sign is at the front and large. Take care of their 3pm break, either come before or after, as they shut off to get ready for dinner.

The salad we had with the ricotta was so delicious. the hamburgers were also very good. I had the hawaiiburger. the atmosphere was very nice and comfortable sitting and environment for an American overseas. we tried to go back the next day, but they were already closed to lunch (it is quite standard to close after the lunchtime we found in jeju, so not lollygag). I don't think we have pommes so I can't comment on it. they also have steak, but it was above what we were willing to pay. if we are ever back in jeju, this will be done on the list.

Great restaurant. They did not have any vegetarian dishes on the menu so the chef offered to make me one.

Finally some good international restaurant in Jeju. The price is fair and the food is great. Most of the vegetables and other ingredients they grow in the back of their house.
