Contribute FeedbackI'm lazy, so it's a choir. that said, I think I should let others know that big deer should not be missed. when you enter, there is no sense of “exclusiveness” that is really refreshing, but only after the taste of the food it becomes significant. the two young men who lead this place are willing to bring them to dinner, so to speak, so be careful: these young will not disappoint them. the large table that divides the seating area/cooking area invites them to feel as if they are part of the food preparation process; if, as I ask, they want to ask about the food they pay, this is a decisive point. the dublin city chapels that lead this joint are able to answer all the questions about their eating and that is the point of their activities: eating. preparation, presentation, eating food should be an experience, and these two youngs should not be disappointed. we ordered a starter that was an early indicator what this team can do, given the opportunity to prepare food well in advance. we ate a terrine of chickens that were aged and set to perfection, accompanied by a sibling orange jam, a dijon senf and a longuedoc red that combines the qualities of carignan and syrah. the presentation was timely and attentive and contributed to the fact that these two really love what they do. the results of her efforts were certain that I had to know more about her craftsmanship. thanks to the layout of their spatialities, all my asks were easily answered. these young have no fear of doing their thing under control. while the heat of the pan is carefully monitored, in which its steak is roasted, the other ensures that its glass is not dry. their process is clear, methodical and precise, but they will not automatically become some learned-by-red recipe. Rather, any service is an opportunity to evaluate the ingredients and evaluate what could work to track what could be better. now, after an excellent Sirloin steak, seasoned to caramelize the sugar and the fat, my partner and I were satisfied / to hear our chosen dessert sold out. beside us were two regulars who believed that we would have to taste what we could miss otherwise, so we were invited to their (last service). as one of our chefs said that our experiences could not be compromised in a good sense before he set the task of creating a miniature version of our wishful on the house. at this point we had made ourselves through a second bottle of a very floral Italian white (anselmo), so we were sung in our appreciation. I could go on. I won't. these two are serious about eating and wein and would be a supplement to the culinary scene in every city. the fact that I'll be back here soon is something I'm happy.
