Pork rinds are considered a highlight because the shop fries them fresh daily. The soft pork is delicious and enjoyable to chew. The jellyfish bounced and chewed and fought with its teeth. The fish balls are delicious. Especially the Yentafo sauce which is so intense. Even though the Yentafo bowl is very large, one cup is never really enough. But if you don't like Yen Ta Fo, I recommend the stewed pork noodles. If you come late, there will hardly be any left.
